At FINS, the school offers freedom of association and assembly while students uphold the values and principles of the school. This freedom has enabled students to form associations representing their ethnic tribes and kingdoms. Among them we have:-
- KASA: (Kigezi Ankole Students Association) This represents students from Kigenzi and Ankole regions in western Uganda.
- BASA: ( Batoro Students Associations) This represents students from Tooro Kingdom.
- BABAFISA: (Bakonjo Bamba FINS Student Association) This represents students from Bakonjo and Bamba tribes.
- KASA: ( Kitara Students Associations) This represents students from the Bunyoro region.
